My name is Olivia Gada, and I am currently a sophomore majoring in Biochemistry. I also happen to be interested in engineering! While I do not currently have much experience in this area, it is my hope that this course will help prepare me to take more advanced engineering classes in the future. Starting next year I will be working towards getting a certificate from Olin, so it is very nice to be able to learn the basics this semester. I am also excited to learn how to use the large variety of tools in our classroom such as the laser cutter and 3-D printer.Aside from academics, some of my interests include archery, ceramics, and gardening. I look forward to getting to know everyone and seeing all the wonderful projects we will create.
